I started Mosaic to fix a broken system. The traditional agency selection model is slow, wasteful, and too often biased toward holding companies, leaving independent agencies overlooked and underestimated. But in truth, the Indie market is rich with scale, senior talent, and serious strategic depth.
Mosaic challenges outdated assumptions, and helps brands find better partners by focusing on fit, rather than formula.
I’ve spent over two decades leading agencies, building teams, and managing hundreds of pitches – both from the inside as the agency world and as a brand-side consultant. That helicopter experience gives me a clear instinct for what’s good, what’s real, and what’s just for show. I know how agencies sell, and I know what brands actually need.
